and sometimes that means rolling up our sleeves and diving into bottle returns!

This week, the Holy Gears FTC Team 20159 hit the bottle return lanes with carts full of cans and bottles generously donated by friends, family, and community supporters. The kids worked side by side—sorting, loading, and running carts back and forth—proving that teamwork doesn’t just happen on the robotics field.

😅 TURNING WORK INTO FUN

It wasn’t glamorous (and yes, it was sticky at times), but the students turned it into a challenge, cheering each other on as the machine counters ticked up. Every dime collected goes straight back into supporting our robotics program: building, competing, and inspiring the next generation of engineers and innovators.
